Joy Alice Williams-Nah is the visionary founder and CEO of Child Aid Sierra Leone, a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of vulnerable children in underserved rural communities. With a deep-rooted passion for social justice and child welfare, Joy founded the organization to bring hope and lasting change to children through access to education, healthcare, and clean water.
Born and raised in Sierra Leone, Joy witnessed firsthand the struggles faced by children in impoverished villages. Her personal experiences and unwavering commitment to equity inspired her to take action—building bridges between local communities and global supporters to address the root causes of poverty.
Under her leadership, Child Aid Sierra Leone has grown into a trusted grassroots organization, known for its transparency, compassion, and impact. Joy is a tireless advocate for community-driven development and believes in empowering local leaders to shape their own futures.
